Cy Pres Standards Alignment

Cy pres recipients must advance objectives reasonably related to the underlying litigation. The Bionic Project’s work aligns with cases involving:

  • Accessibility in public spaces

  • Digital accessibility and inclusive design

  • Civil rights and discrimination

  • Education access and equity

  • Barriers to participation in sport and community life

Use of Cy Pres Funds

All funds are deployed in alignment with the remedial and educational purposes underlying civil rights and accessibility litigation, including:

  • Expansion of disability inclusion curriculum in under-resourced schools

  • Educator training on accessibility and inclusive design

  • Community inclusion events promoting equitable access to sport & public space

  • Program access subsidies for Title I and low-income school districts
