Erica DeRosa brings over two decades of experience in advancement in independent schools and higher education across the Boston area. Since 2014, she has served as Director of Philanthropy and Engagement at Beaver Country Day School, leading efforts to connect parents and alumni with students and faculty through real-world, hands-on learning. Previously, she held advancement roles at Bentley University, the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University, Shady Hill School, Noble & Greenough School, and Charles River School. Erica earned her bachelor’s degree from Brown University, where she designed an interdisciplinary concentration in Visual Art and Political Science with a focus on community organizing.
